Since ancient times, dance has been one of the most essential forms of communication and human expression, even before handwriting and speech. I believe that the power of dance still remains today. Participating in the May 1st parade after a long time, I felt a profound sense of joy and freedom as I danced on the streets, which are usually filled with cars. The experience reminded me of Pina Bausch’s words: “Dance dance dance, otherwise we’re lost.” It was a beautiful reminder of the timeless spirit of celebration and human connection through dance.
